Hot Water Charlotte is an independent water heater request pilot operated by Ted Farino. We accept requests while arranging local plumbing support. No contractor is assigned until confirmed with you. We do not perform plumbing work or book an appointment through this form.
What we collect
When you submit a request, we store your first name, phone and/or email, ZIP code, issue, tank fuel type, tank location category, desired timing, and relationship to the property. We also store your contact consent, its timestamp and wording version, request reference, and later verification / outcome notes.
We use a random browser-tab session identifier to connect form steps. We store campaign tags, referrer hostname, landing path, and basic events so we can understand which sources lead to requests. We do not collect a street address, payment card details, or recordings through this form. IP-derived abuse keys are hashed; raw IP addresses are not stored in our application tables.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, evaluate demand, keep records of your permission, and assess the pilot. The form does not subscribe you to automated marketing messages. Test records are separated from actual inquiries.
Who can see it
The site owner can review requests in a restricted workspace. The service runs on Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell your contact information or share it with a plumbing contractor without separately obtaining your permission. An evidence CSV excludes names, contact details, and free-text notes.
Retention and choices
Our pilot policy is to review contact records within 90 days and remove details no longer needed for a request, subject to any necessary recordkeeping. Deletion is handled manually. You may request access, correction, or deletion below. We may need to verify that you are the person associated with the request before taking action.
