What we do
We collect the details of your request, review your location and timing, and contact you about whether an introduction to an independent plumbing contractor can be arranged. We are accepting requests while establishing contractor relationships. No contractor is assigned until confirmed with you.
What happens after a request
First, your details are saved for review. We use the contact information you provide to discuss your request. If a contractor introduction becomes available, we obtain your permission before sharing your details. The contractor confirms availability, scope, price, licensing, and any appointment directly with you.
Our role
Hot Water Charlotte does not perform plumbing work, provide installation quotes, dispatch technicians, or take payment for a plumbing job. We do not claim to be a licensed plumbing contractor. Submitting a form does not book service.
